What is colonic hydrotherapy?

Colonic hydrotherapy is a gentle cleansing treatment using warm filtered water to help cleanse the colon and support digestive wellbeing.

Will the treatment hurt?

Most clients find the treatment comfortable and relaxing. You may experience mild cramping or pressure at times, but your comfort is always the priority throughout the session ✨

Is it embarrassing?

Treatments take place in a calm, private clinic environment and everything is explained clearly before we begin.

What should I expect during my first appointment?

Your first session includes:

A confidential consultation
Full explanation of the treatment
Time to ask questions

Aftercare advice

We take things at your pace, especially if you’re feeling nervous.

How long does the appointment take?

Initial appointments usually last around 75 minutes. Follow-up sessions are approximately 60 minutes.

What should I do before my appointment?

We recommend:

✨ Avoiding heavy meals beforehand

✨ Wearing comfortable clothing

Full preparation advice will be sent before your appointment.

RICTAT stands for Registered International Colon Hydrotherapists and Trainers. https://rictat.org

RICTAT is a UK-based organisation related to colon hydrotherapy training and professional registration. It is essentially a professional association and training body for colon hydrotherapy practitioners.

In short, RICTAT are:

An international register of colon hydrotherapists and trainers
A body that sets standards and training pathways in colon hydrotherapy
A membership organisation offering certification, courses, and therapist listings

'Poo shouldnt be Taboo'. If you can take away your nerves or maybe a feeling of embarassment, which is natural, give colonics a try - you will never look back! I havent personally. You will wonder why you have been so nervous about having one. Ask someone else who has had one this will reasssure you!
